Make a payment
When you check out, it will ask for the standard fields, plus the following field: Customer ID & Invoice. The Customer ID is the patient’s ID and the Invoice is the patient’s first and last name.

Invoice = Patient’s First and Last Name
Make sure the address you enter is the address your credit card bill comes to. Otherwise, the transaction will be declined.
The cost of your orthodontic treatment will vary, depending on your individual needs and treatment plan.
